When Kimber retired, and I started seeing new, younger faces in the store, I thought that the quality of the service might go down. I'm happy to say that I was wrong. The staff is professional and friendly. Package pickups, holding mail for weeks while I'm out of town ... they've handled everything well. I don't go to the counter very often, but Victoria always remembers my name and box number.
